We are certified nationally (through NCARB) for architectural licensing in all 50 States, Canada, The United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and elsewhere. We are comfortable researching building products and materials local to your site and managing local contractors and equipment suppliers.
We handle Dental & Medical office renovations, expansions and new building projects by initially gathering important information. As Registered Architects we are licensed to complete the drawings needed to obtain a building permit. Where engineering is needed – Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Site/Civil – we professionally manage that work. We manage the technical aspects of your project meeting code & local requirements, obtaining a building permit, monitoring code compliance during construction, coordinating with equipment suppliers, and the use of our construction documents to obtain apples to apples contractor pricing. Additional factors we prioritize include solving for ADA accessibility requirements (these are different for new and for renovated spaces, and we know those differences well); construction administration managing builders to ensure your facilities and processes are built compliant; and baking-in design for future goals and anticipated practice changes or expansions you articulate.

We uniformly answer bidders questions and accept & evaluate bids with you. Where needed we execute project value-engineering with bidders to meet your goals for project cost. We stay by your side for the build process by making site visits and reviewing contractor payment requisitions.
